1. Agreement

By accessing or using Sourcely, you agree to these Terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to bind that organization.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into contracts.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't misrepresent your identity, company or products.
• Don't use the platform for unlawful, infringing or fraudulent activity.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the service.

4. Transactions

Sourcely facilitates connections and transactions between buyers and suppliers. Unless expressly stated, contracts for goods are between the buyer and the supplier. Verification signals and trust scores are informational and not guarantees.

5. Fees

Paid plans and any applicable transaction fees are described at checkout and are configurable. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sourcely is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
